Colleen Neill’s career assignments have included administrative assistant, executive assistant, office manager, project manager and district manager positions with various organizations including Junior Achievement, Sprint and Great Southern.
Colleen is the chartering president of the Springfield Metro Chapter of the International Association of Administrative Professionals, having served SMC from January 19, 2007 through June 30, 2009. She is actively involved with various community events such as Alzheimer’s Association Memory Walk, American Diabetes Association Walk for a Cure, March of Dimes WalkAmerica, GYNCA Administrative Professionals’ Week Luncheon, Rock ‘N Ribs BBQ Festival and Female Leaders in Philanthropy (FLIP) – the Women’s Initiative for United Way of the Ozarks.
Colleen completed her undergrad at Drury University in Communication/Public Relations. She has completed a Master of Science in Administrative Studies and a Master of Arts in Communication at Missouri State University. She is an adjunct instructor at Ozarks Technical Community College (OTC), Everest College and Missouri State University. As the sole proprietor of Neill Communications, Colleen also creates and presents continuing education workshops for OTC and custom training workshops for companies as requested.
Colleen is originally from the Kansas City area, having re-located to the beautiful Ozarks in 1999 when the Kansas International Speedway was built in her back yard (literally) in Kansas City, KS. She has been married to her high school sweetheart, Richard, for 40 years. She has three children and five grandchildren.
